When is the exam date?

The English Challenge exam will be held in March of every year.

What time will the exam start?

The exam will start at 12:30 PM (UK time). Please check your email for confirmation of your exact exam time and time zone.

How long is the exam?

The exam duration is 45 minutes.

Will different groups have different exam papers?

Yes. Each group will have a different question paper.

What is the application closing date?

The closing date for applications is 15th March of every year.

Can I register after the closing date?

No. Late registrations will not be accepted after the closing date.

If I cannot attend the exam, will I receive a refund?

No. The exam fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Do I need to print my candidate number?

Yes. You must print and bring your candidate number on the exam day.

Do I need to bring ID?

Yes. You must bring a valid photo ID to the exam.

If I have entered my child's name incorrectly, what should I do?

Please email us at info@msaeducationalservices.com with the correct details as soon as possible.

Can I change the exam centre?

Each exam centre has limited spaces, so it is unlikely that exam centres can be changed.
